United States:

• Standard No-Rush Shipping: Up to 10 business days

• FREE No-Rush Shipping: Up to 10 business days (available on orders over $100)

• Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days

• One-Day Shipping: 1 business day

Please note: Delivery times apply to orders placed before 12 PM (noon) US Pacific Time. Shipping services are not available on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your robe’s journey to you.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please allow 36 hours before contacting us, as occasional delays can occur.

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Signature Requirement

For your protection, orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.
